Your Responsibilities Will Entail

- Clearly communicate goals and priorities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within the established processes.
- Collaborate with the team to develop accurate job estimates and manage project finances throughout the duration of the project.
- Work closely with team leaders to determine internal resource and financial allocations, ensuring all projects are managed within budget, on schedule, and within scope.
- Demonstrate strong decision-making skills in both internal and external financial meetings, contributing to the overall health of the business.

- Employ a strategic approach when troubleshooting issues related to timelines and budgets, balancing internal resources with client expectations.
- Proactively plan for various scenarios, anticipating potential challenges.

- Share agency process and workflow best practices based on your successes and experiences.

Position Requirements
- Educational Qualification:
- A Bachelor’s Degree is a prerequisite or equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Experience Criteria:
- Possess 3–5 years of project management experience within the advertising industry, particularly across multichannel media projects.
- Previous experience in Healthcare and/or pharmaceutical projects is advantageous.
- Ideally, the candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital project management.
- Communication Proficiency:
- Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and information.
- Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in computer skills is essential, including familiarity with MRL submission software.
