Mountain Cement Company, a subsidiary of Eagle Materials, is actively seeking a qualified Industrial Electrician. Operating under the general supervision of the Chief Electrician, this role involves the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electronic equipment. The position requires the ability to read and interpret electronic and electrical drawings. The Industrial Electrician is responsible for servicing and repairing various electrical and mechanical equipment, collaborating with repair crews, and facilitating repair work by spotting, isolating, and disconnecting equipment. Additional duties may be assigned by the Chief Electrician.
Applicants must have a minimum of four years of verifiable experience as an electrician in mining or heavy industry. Familiarity with the care and use of meters, meggering motors and cables, and expertise in troubleshooting AC and DC starters, variable speed drives, and power distribution equipment are essential for this role.
